LEVEL I: Spark Control

Leader selects one topic that is the biggest issue in their organization:

Change (resistance, confusion, implementation)

Conflict (drama, tension, difficult conversations)

Communication (avoidance, gossip, listening, teamwork

* (1) - virtual meeting with key stakeholders to discuss issues (Leader chooses)

* (6) - one-on-one bi-weekly virtual meetings for one-hour with me - replaces guessing with judgment and support

* (3) - one-on-one virtual sessions with a leader or team member of the Owner's choosing (they could all be different too) - alleviate pressure points or train junior leaders

* (1) - Live Working Lunch (1.5 hours) - presentation but actionable - professional development for the entire team.

LEVEL II: Leadership Integration

Leader adds an additional topic.

 

* (1) - virtual meeting with key stakeholders to discuss issues (Leader chooses)

* (12) - one-on-one weekly virtual meetings for one-hour with me - replaces guessing with judgment and support

* (3) - one-on-one sessions with a leader or team member of the Leader's choosing (they could all be different too) - alleviate pressure points or train junior leaders

* (1) - Live Workshop (3 hours) - interactive, actionable - professional development for the team or key leaders

LEVEL III: Full Embedded Advantage

We address all three areas.

 

* (1) - virtual meeting with key stakeholders to discuss issues (Leader chooses)

* (12) - one-on-one weekly virtual meetings for one-hour with me - replaces guessing with judgment and support

* (6) - one-on-one sessions with a leader or team member of the Leader's choosing (they could all be different too) - alleviate pressure points or train junior leaders

* (1) - Live Working Lunch - (1.5 hours) – small group, leader-focused followed by:

* (1) - Live Workshop (3 hours) - interactive, actionable - professional development for the team.

* Owner On-call access - text message availability to brainstorm as concerns arise.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

 

1. Weekly Meeting Only Package – Leader meets with me virtually once a week for 1 hour to strategize for 3 months (12 virtual meetings) 

 

2. Working Lunch Professional Development – One virtual meeting with the Leader to discuss needs. One Live Working Lunch (1.5 hours) to address the greatest issue

 

3. Live Workshop Package – One virtual meeting with the Leader to discuss needs. One Live Workshop (3 hours) to address the greatest issue
